Ever since Matthew Evans broadcast his documentary on SBS "What's the Catch?" we've been getting more and more questions about where our seafood comes from and how it is caught. The full history on every line of seafood that we stock could well fill an old school Encyclopaedia Brittanica, but there are plenty of pertinent and interesting short stories we want to tell along the way.
